Valhalla to Play With Micronauts

Micronauts, a toy and comic book success in the late-'70s and early-'80s, will launch into film and television courtesy of Gale Anne Hurd's Valhalla Motion Picture Group and Randall Emmett and George Furla Films Corp. Valhalla will develop and produce a live-action film and an animated TV series with Emmett/Furla. Micronauts was a line of miniature toys about a group of rebels fighting the evil Baron Karza. The Marvel comic series fleshed out the action/science fiction story further and added a great deal of depth to the characters.
