DreamWorks' Heroes
In light of the success of Spy Kids, DreamWorks has optioned the action/comedy screenplay Amazing Heroes from first-time writer Matt Lopez, who is an attorney for the studio. Heroes is about two 12-year-old fraternal twins, a boy and a girl. When the girl develops superpowers, the boy feels cheated whereas his sister sees it as a curse. They end up working out their problems while saving the world from an alien.
