Boreanaz Kills Superman Rumor

David Boreanaz, star of the TV series Angel, denied he had been cast in the title role of the upcoming Superman movie.
"I'll just kill the rumor now — it hasn't happened," Boreanaz wrote in an online chat for E! said. "I did go in and read for the part, but I can't do it because of my schedule with Angel."
According to Warner Bros., no one has yet been cast as the lead.
